Our policies
What to know before you book. Prices are set by the spa and shown on the booking page.
Moving or cancelling a visit
Please tell us at least 48 hours before your time and we will move it or cancel it without trouble. If you arrive late, we shorten your treatment so the next guest isn't kept waiting. Pausing or cancelling a membership is on its own page.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss a visit without telling us, a single visit may be charged under the spa's terms, which you see when you book. A membership visit you miss without telling us counts as used for that month. Call us if something comes up; we would rather move you.
Children and companions
Treatments are for guests 16 and older. A parent or guardian books for anyone under 18 and stays in the building. A companion is welcome to wait in the lounge.
If you're not happy
If you're not happy with a visit, tell us within a few days and we will look at it with you and make it right.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never added to your bill. Leave one at the desk or on your card for whoever looked after you.
Warm towels and heat
We have no sauna or steam room. The only heat is a warmed table and the warm towels added to a massage. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or have been told by your doctor to take care with heat, ask before you book. Tell your therapist if you feel dizzy or unwell.
Phones and quiet
Please keep your phone in your locker, or on silent, in the lounge and the treatment rooms. No photos where guests are changing or resting.
Before your visit
Eat lightly and drink water. Wear whatever is comfortable on the way in; we give you a robe, slippers and a locker. Tell us about allergies, sensitivities and anything that has changed since your last visit.
When to ask your doctor first
If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, are recovering from surgery or have been told to take care with pressure, ask your doctor before you book a massage. Tell your therapist how you feel before and during the visit.
