How pricing works
Prices are set by the spa and shown before you confirm anything. Here is what sets them, and how cancelling, tips and gifts work.
What decides the price
A membership is priced by how many visits it includes each month and how long you commit. A single visit is priced by its treatment and length. The join page and the booking page show the price before you confirm.

The talk before your visit
Each visit begins with a few minutes about pressure, areas to avoid and anything you want us to know that day. For a facial, the esthetician looks at your skin first. The talk is part of your appointment time.
A single visit can be moved or cancelled with 48 hours' notice. A membership can be paused for up to two months a year, or cancelled with 30 days' notice once the minimum has passed.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Ask for an add-on or a longer visit when you book, or tell your therapist on the day. We agree to it before we start, and the time is added if the schedule allows.
Tipping
Tips are never added to your bill. Leave one for whoever looked after you, at the desk or on your card. A membership doesn't include one.
A gift card works for any treatment, and a gift membership runs three months. Buy one online or at the front desk; whoever receives it books like any member. Ask us about expiry in your state.

Both plans list what is in them, how long they run and how to pause or cancel.
