Plan questions

What does a membership include?

A standing 60-minute massage or classic facial each month on Once a Month, and two on Every Other Week. The time is held for you, and you can ask for a longer visit or an add-on when you book.

What if I can't make a standing visit?

Tell us 48 hours ahead and we will move it within the month. If you miss one without telling us, that visit is used for the month.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes, for up to two months a year. Tell us before your billing date. Nothing is billed while you pause, and your standing time comes back when you do.

How do I cancel?

Once the three-month minimum has passed, tell us 30 days before your next billing date by phone, message or the member link. Your last month runs to its end.

Do unused visits carry over?

One unused visit carries into the next month when you've told us you can't use it. It doesn't carry past that month.

Can someone else use my visit?

A membership belongs to the person who joined. On Every Other Week you can bring a guest to one visit a month, and we book them with you.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Tell us before your billing date and the change starts with the next month.

Can I give a membership to someone?

Yes. A gift membership runs three months and the person who receives it chooses their own days. Employers can set up memberships for several people at once; ask the front desk.
